Few Q's on Boutique firms.
How hard is it to get into such a firm, what are the hours like and what is the pay like?
I'm coming from an audit background so being realistic I'll probably never get to a BB and tbh I dont give a shit.
I dont care about the massive paycheck or the prestige of working for a GS (would be nice dont get me wrong)....I just want to work in finance, help business' grow and plan their future and work on deals.
My Q ishow much easier is it to get into a boutique firm versus a BB? I know the term "boutique firm" is pretty vaque but tbh Im coming from outside the states and dont know a great deal about these firms.
As I mentioned in another thread Id be particularly interested in getting into such a firm in the San Francisco area.
