Does anyone have any experience using Box's VDR? I'm looking to change things up a little with what provider we use, but I can't find any decent reviews.
This will be for a middle market sell-side.

Have you asked Box for a reference? They should be able to give you one. By the way, what exactly is your upside in "changing things up"? There are a zillion VDRs out there. Do you really want to be explaining to your client and/or boss that you thought their deal would be a good one for a pointless experiment?
Nope, haven't yet. I have a call set up with them later this week.
It's not pointless in my opinion. Considering I've had poor experiences with VDRs in the past, I'm open to give another a shot. I've spent some time with Box's regular UI, which is intuitive, and I'm curious if their VDR product as a whole is just as well thought out.
It goes without saying, if I have absolutely any feeling that it would become a hassle during diligence, or fail to perform in any way, I will completely distance myself from Box and go with something like IntraLinks.
