brkng into I-BANKING; not from a top-teir/highly recruited school.

i dont go to a top-teir school, nor a highly recruited one. im an international student majoring in Finance and Accounting with a good GPAfrom a b-school in Texas im currently a junior and anxiously seeking help on how i can start off an I-banking career in my position.

i need some hard-core advise pls. Is it worth transferrin to another undergrad prog for nxt yr so as to better my chances?

or do i just wait until Grad school?

how do i get decent internships that will help me brk into investment banking when i graduate?

and are good company's actually willing to sponsor international students that want work for them?

its been almost a yr since i started researching on I-banking, thoroughly getting to know what the job is all about and i have absolutely falling in love with it, the problem is i found myself in quite a difficult postion to brk into it.
