Idk man I'm a male poc myself and just fit in fine, probably helps that I'm not a fob and grew up abroad with WASPs so it's just regular interactions for me. I think knowing all the subleties of jokes, knowing when something is implied, etc helps so having actual fluency of the language and having cultural contexts would help.
RBC appears to be first place with TD right behind and Scotia and National close in the race

For context, RBC Calgary currently has two leaders from minority backgrounds at the VP level or above. By comparison, both BMO and National have two while CIBC, Scotia and TD have none.
What is the reason behind this? Talent pool? Racial biases?
