Can a Citi full time risk analyst position get me a Goldman Sachs internship a year later?

So I am in my second year at uPenn LPS and I was offered a full time risk analyst job at Citi. I will have to mainly deal with Excel sheets (VBA) and SQL. What do you guys think?
