Can you ever get unblacklisted?

I did my summer internship at a BB and failed to convert. I really pissed off an MD who went completely mental at me and said I'll never work at this bank. To remain anonymous, I won't say what happened.

I'm now working at a regional boutique and have been trying to lateral to a BB and I regularly reapply to this BB but for different teams whenever I see analyst roles.

Whenever I apply I get rejected the same day after sending off my application hence I've figured out the MD must have emailed HR my name and said to never hire me or something and so my name must be on the 'blacklist' and either automatically or whenever HR see my name it might flag as red and they reject me.

I used to think the 'blacklist' was just made up and so I thought to test it.. I made a fake account and applied at the same time as me, my account was rejected the same day but the fake account never received a rejection email until about 3 weeks later, hence I must be on the blacklist.

Is there a way I can resolve this?

This is the only BB (in my region) that regularly posts job vacancies for second or third year analysts relevant to my experience. I regularly check all of the BB's career pages but for some reason, none of the other BBs post relevant roles (unless they hire headhunters to do it for them so it's not publicly advertised).

My f*** up was me saying something I shouldn't have said in front of a client during a meeting. (as an intern I had no clue I wasn't allowed to say that but me saying it created a big problem between the firm and the client).
