CFA Society Mentor Program

Hi all,

I recently moved to NYC a couple months back after passing level 1 of the CFA last June. Now, I am preparing for level 2 in a much different setting than the first exam as I now live with 3 roommates (all 20-something guys that like enjoying their weekends, football, etc.). I was thinking about joining the CFA Society NY's mentor program that I got an email about. I'm hoping it will help me stay accountable and on top of my studies. I was wondering if anyone has done this in the past or has gone through a similar situation or just has any advice for living in NYC and still putting together a solid study plan. Any advice, anecdotes, or suggestions would be great.

Thanks in advance.
