Chance of increasing base salary in IBD/S&T
Just about 4/5 years ago base pay for An1 was $85k then it went to $100k and now 110k. With inflation and the cost of living going up, do you think by summer 2025 or 2026 the street will increase base starting pay to maybe $125k or $130?
IB Base raises have outpaced inflation since 2020...... 85k USD in Jan 2020 (the pre-covid an1 base) is 100k today. Current street base is 110k.
130k base would be another 20%. Unless something goes seriously wrong with the Fed's efforts, 130k isn't happening for quite some time.
