CIM for selling company with two distinct business lines
Recently got engaged on a sellside for a client that is made up of two distinct, completely different business units. We anticipate different buyers will take each of the pieces.
Any tips / thoughts on putting together a CIM for something like this? The plan is to create a WholeCo CIM then carve out the business unit slides into their own CIMs. Any thoughts on the structure of the main CIM?
MD won't approve anything his/her analyst does anyways, so its a lose lose
That answer won’t be of much help? For all we know, perhaps the MD asked OP to take a first stab at coming up with a solution, and here he is asking for advice.
