To me it sounds like a placement agent role that Citadel is exploring. Do other MMs do this? Do you have any insight into this practice at Citadel? General thoughts?
Imagine that Citadel's fee for this could be minuscule compared to IBs.

It's not Citadel's business, and will never be, to run an M&A process. Everyone got ideas and the value-add comes from execution, so them telling companies who they should be acquired by only provides extremely limited insights
