Highly group dependent. What groups are you specifically interested in?
Looking at NYC corporate banking group there. Have heard that it is a bit of sweat shop but not sure

It's super group dependent at every single bank - at one past bank, I was on a large team that was sweaty, didn't close any deals, and was fully of d-bags. Moved internally and had a chill MD, no pitching, and multi-billion dollar deals on a smaller team. Some MDs are d-bags to work for, some are nice.
What about LevFin and FSG? How are those cultures recently?
