Anecdotally, Citi NY gave out an interview even without applying; networked and was referred to HR + non-core but Ivy.

SA IB NYC hoping to get M&A/HC group placement. HR said hour long first round with heavy behavioral emphasis along with baseline techs/industry knowledge.
