Citi's Freshman Discovery Diversity Program - January 2019

Hi, I am a freshman who just applied to Citi's Freshman Discovery Diversity Program that is set to take place on January 2019. I was just wondering if anyone that has experienced this program or similar ones in prior years could shed some light on when I can expect to hear back and what the program is like in general . Is there any chance of me getting an interview or at least be on an accelerated recruiting timeline at the end? Also, would anyone recommend any other freshman insight programs that I should check out? I checked out some of the BBs' websites, but there doesn't seem to be many other ones open right now.

AlphaAttack, sorry about the lack of response. Maybe one of these topics will help:

Calling relevant professionals! Sebastian-Puga @andrew11111111" @this_guy_212"

Fingers crossed that one of those helps you.

Great program, you get to meet a lot of other freshman who are interested in breaking into finance. You will go through some training on financial terms and concepts. We met the head of IB last year and that was pretty cool. You can expect to have an guaranteed first round interview if you are interested in ICG (Institutional Clients Group). I was interested in it, pursued it, and got an offer for 2019 summer. Good luck!

I applied on October 16th, but haven't heard back yet. I am also waiting for other BBs to open their freshman programs but there aren't any open as far as I know. Have you had any status updates to your application since the 7th?
