Is anyone familiar with this firm? Started by 3 experienced guys in the media industry. Looks like they've done a couple notable deals in the past 2-3 years.
How big is the firm (esp. analyst & associate level)? How is the dealflow? Do they only have an office in SF?

Offices in San Francisco, New York, and recently London. Around 20 bankers total, and small number of analysts and associates (most likely less than or around 10).
They received a $25M funding from JPMorgan last year to grow the business. They also got to be one of the underwriters for the Twitter IPO. Dealflow is mostly relationship-based from the connections from the Partners/MDs.
