Cold Office = Cold Hands (How to fix)
This may sounds kind of dumb but naturally ever since I was a kid have had cold hands and feel, idk why they just run cold. On top of that my office is generally on the colder side as well. When clients come into the office or even just MDs, you do a handshake but I feel my ice hands are a bit odd and would like to fix it or have some solution when meeting clients.
Let me know if anybody has had the same problem and if so what did you do.
Embrace it. I have sweaty hands so they cancel out
if you're diligently cranking on keyboard, this should warm up your hands. alternatively, wear mittens
You have poor circulation
You can assume from the symptoms yah but never actually had a doc mention it nor test me. I know this isn't WebMD but know any tricks to improve it? Been like this literally for as long as I can remember
No idea sorry, my mum has it and it's only gotten worse over time.
Not necessarily, I run a 5K in 18 mins and my hands always get extremely cold in cold environments but even then they are just naturally colder than others
Google “Flock lined nitrile gloves”. Retain dexterity with how thin they are. Nitrile so there’s grip. The lining offers a bit more warmth.
cold office increases productivity
I sit on my hand or hold/drink some hot tea/coffee. Drinking something warm heats the body up.
