Combating Numbness and Indifference and generally unhealthy habits?

I'm An2 in a LevFin group. In college, I always got shit sleep, but it wasn't a huge deal as I could just watch recorded lectures whenever, and I wasn't "accountable" the same way we are in banking. I feel so numb each day with sleep deprivation. Don't get me wrong, I love what I do, and I do not care to exit to PE; I want to stay as an A2A.

My MDs here are super enthusiastic and energetic everyday. My other analysts are less so, but I can't yet tell if that's due to fatigue or personality. For those of you juniors who are happy, go-lucky everyday, how do you do it on so little sleep?

I also can't have coffee. I have a GI issue where coffee fucks me up, so I have to drink Redbull for energy, and Redbull is clearly super unhealthy, especially 3-4 cans per day everyday for the past year and a half. I'm fine right now, but I do worry about how it will affect me in the long run.

Idk where I'm going with this post, just looking for some advice.

Edit: I suppose I just wanna say, I am addicted to the money I make RN. I got into this group on the tail-end fo covid RX stuff and got a hella awesome An1 bonus. Was addicted to drugs in college so feel like nothing now compares, Don'r recommend therapy or some shit.

Working out when you can and eating healthy / on schedule. Lack of sleep + drugs are damaging enough to your body, so try and counteract that as much as you can.

Banker I used to work for switched out coffee for fruit. Tried apples, pretty good. Natural sugars don't give you that same kick in the nuts but I def have more energy.

Might be a mental thing too man. Stress + lack of sleep is a killer combo. If you can manage the time, I'd suggest an outlet like a sport or a combat sport or something. Helps me immensely.
