Confusion about Bofa FSG
How exactly is Bofa fsg good? I did a linkedin stalk and literally have not seen anyone from there place into a good MF? what am i missing

Ask someone from the team. Usually, when you're networking with a genuinely good team, they will brag about their placements into PE and whatever. I was networking with a LevFin team, and despite having no intention of going over to the buy-side.
Who TF asks about exit placements in a networking call? I'm trying to pull every stop on why they should pass my name along/hire me and you got kids asking about exit ops?
They brought it up when trying to sell the team, I didn't ask about exit opportunities at all... I said I wanted to build a long-term career in banking.
Thanks for the clarification. I never said you asked about it, just that it seems like such a low EQ question to ask. On that same coin, if they need to 'sell' the group by bragging about exits, maybe that's not a team that's grass is as green as it says.
Many people get into banking with no intention of staying long-term, and the teams aren't oblivious to that, so if they can use their record of placing people into PE/MF, then why not use it?
I get that but wouldn't you want to recruit people that want to stay long term?
