It's a ding - most places will just ghost if they are not moving you forward. They see your emails. I would not contact them again and just move on, sorry

Don't call - one follow up is fine, more than that is too much. Especially if you know you missed technicals or other stuff in the interview.
Move on, it's the first interview, next one will be better.
Normally offers sent out within 48 hours, sometimes a week.
Any longer than week/no response to emails or calls is a ding.

Are you networking? And is your resume strong? only 1 interview out of 150+ apps is an indicator that something is wrong
Not networking whatsoever to be transparent. Went to a non-target with no investment bankers lol. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!!! I have valuations experience so I’m applying to majority valuations positions but a couple IB darts here and there. TIA
You need to network, full stop. Valuation is a good route but you really need to network even for those roles. On the IB side that is the reason you're not getting interviews. Just applying online is equivalent to dropping your resume into a black hole. Lots of guides on how to do it on here
