Cooked for SA26?

I come from a target + + good GPA+ qualify for diversity, so I thought getting the interviews would be the easy part. I admittedly didn't network as hard as I should have, but now I'm in a situation where kids around me are already getting offers when I've only had 1 first round (PWP/LAZ/CVP) which I presumably didn't pass. I'm now mass sending networking emails but I think I'm cooked if nothing has come through yet. Is it worth trying to grind for a good offer or is it too late? Should I just grind for consulting/MMIB now instead?

Same spot ur in man but i did network and  i don't qualify as diversity. It's pretty disheartening but you just have to keep trying. This is a game of attrition in my opinion and if you stick through with it you're bound to get something.

Most of the non-div has yet to kick off. The analysts/associates I talked to say they will start sending out the first rounds next week or the week after. RX and diversity recruiting started earlier.

As long as the preliminary application is still open, it doesn’t hurt to just apply. Some MMs will keep their apps open well into May, and will reopen in summer if they don’t completely fill their intern class. Best of luck!
