Hi all I have a second round meeting with a bank in their commercial real estate financing group. I was told this will be a "case study" session - sounded like you have to do modelling/analysis on the spot. Can someone please please help me prepare for this? I have zero idea where to start. If anyone could share any tips or examples I could work on I'd appreciate it! Thanks.
