Create a new e-mail address to apply for an Off-Cycle

Hi guys,

As some of you know, some bank only authorise you to apply for a certain number of position in a year.

I have been wondering what if I just create a new email address ?Is there a way they make the link between the two resumes ? If the catch me is there a way they blacklist me forever ?
