CS Equity Capital Market Americas heads for Wells Fargo

Just saw Bloomberg report Jill Ford has left CS for Wells Fargo and will be the head of ECM. This along with Malcolm Price now being the head of Sponsors.

What are thoughts? Also, wasn't able to find much info on her

Why are so many senior ECM folks from CS leaving the new firm? When the merger first got announced I remember someone had written that ECM was something UBS was actively trying to grow and that CS’ ECM groups were generally more productive than UBS.
I know it’s a down market and ECM is gonna take a while to recover but I imagined they would’ve just replaced the less productive folks with the new CS guys right?
