I'm pretty sure not all first rounds have been done yet. Me and other diversity candidates haven't heard back yet. I have a feeling we'll hear back next week regarding first rounds.

Did anyone applying to sophomore s&t hear anything after the online assessment? Did that two weeks ago and am still waiting for update:(((

Hi, do you mind sharing what division did you apply to? Thanks a lot!

Offer rates at the superday for both s&t and ibd are going to be ridiculously high, if you got the superday already you might as well pat yourself on the back now. This is a great program, and these diversity interns are fairly respected firm-wide. For anyone who receives an offer, comment on this thread and I'd be more than happy to PM and speak with you about my junior internship here(there was a sophomore in my group so can provide some color on their time also). Will be going somewhere else FT so can be totally candid.

In regards to offer rates, what is your source that offer rates are high? Is that just a known thing within the firm? I come from a very non-traditional unrepresented background and am actually really nervous about this superday. How much of an emphasis is actually put on recruiting people from diverse backgrounds in this program? Did you see a real effort in the recruitment of people like URM who may not fit the traditional finance stereotype?

Wow, my interviews were so incredibly easy. Did anyone have the same experience or did I get lucky? I got the feeling that they were willing to give an offer to pretty much anyone, my questions included things like "How would you feel about working here"

second that, wonder what their decisions are going to be based on. did they ask about competing offers and did u have anything to leverage?
