CS versus Haas at UC Berkeley?

I'll be attending UC Berkeley in the fall and was wondering how majoring in business administration at Haas versus computer science would impact my ability to get a job in investment banking. I'm pretty interested in both and would ideally like to double major, but if that's not possible, I'd like to know what I should do. If I don't get into Haas, should I consider majoring in Econ or just focus on CS?
