CVP Partnership Compensation

Hey guys - question for you. How do you think partner compensation works at CVP? Is it a fixed % of all fees brought in? If you bring in $50mm of fees for example how much goes to you vs all the other partners vs CVP balance sheet?

At FT Partners Analysts get $140K base as An1. It's also basically guaranteed that you make MD because anyone smart or ambitious leaves for PE after two years so only the middle of the road bankers are left to compete with.

UMich isn't a target school though.
