Applied and did situational judgement test last week. Haven't heard anything either. Anyone know when they start interviewing?

I applied in early Nov and got an email a few days ago about "hearing from them in a couple weeks". Seems a bit later than other years

They will be doing first and second interviews in the first 2 weeks of Jan.

Do you know if they are technical or behavioral??
I was told that they do not assume that you will know much of anything technical. Definitely show an interest in banking and what ever program that you are applying too.
Does participating in the virtual event or an employee referral help?
I received an email that I successfully completed the SJT test and that's it.

Yeah, I am diverse but might not be one of the diverse candidates that banks seek for. Were you in the virtual event?

Emails should have gone out Mon. 12/20 to about 50 people for first round invites happening Jan 11th & 12th. They look to move on about 20 people to the next week. Also noted that the have a secondary list for first rounds as they know they are recruiting late and some people will have accepted elsewhere.

Not hundred percent sure. Im going for NY, which is where all the people I have spoke to are.

Yes, Sophomore program for "dbAchieve is an eight-week introduction to a career at Deutsche Bank designed for students who are diverse (for example, students who identify as women, Black, Latinx/Hispanic, LGBTQI, veterans, people with disabilities, or diverse in other ways) and/or students who can show a commitment to diversity".
Have they sent anything out for investment banking in Chicago? I have a 4.0 at a target majoring in Finance, and I am from Chicago. Guessing I didn't get a first round since I haven't heard anything. But, I am really interested in this program, so I am curious if anyone could provide me with any insight.

I applied for International Private Bank - Wealth Management. They sent me an email saying that I would hear back in the coming weeks. But I didn't receive any updates. Should I keep my hope or just move on?
