DB SF Sponsors VS BAML Palo Alto Tech Coverage

Hi Guys,

When debating between these two possibilities, I was wondering which offer you guys would take, given the reputation/exit opportunities for the two groups. Although I'm interested in tech and would be ideal to exit to a technology PE shop afterwards, I can still see myself doing tech banking/tech corporate development in the long term as well. DB SF Sponsors group seems to work with tech PE shops like Silverlake and Thoma Bravo and such, which could set me up well, and from conversations with alums I know the job is heavy on modeling and LBO's. This may not be the case for BAML tech coverage, especially since there is a separate tech M&A group (smaller) within the office, although the culture seems really good and I'd get direct exposure to tech companies. Given that, I was seeking some advice on what y'all might would do in this situation.

Thanks in advance, and look forward to getting some opinions!
