Deal Experience Questions
Hello all,
I work for a pe firm and I've been tasked with analyzing the firm's acquisitions in terms of their cash flows, revenue drivers, cost drivers, & ultimate value to determine their corporate budgets, how much they can pay their employees, in essence, their capital constraints once they join the firm. I primarily analyze the CIB and pick out the important pages and try to tie everything together. Is this considered deal experience since it is an acquisition that is now embedded within my firm?
