Delaying graduation by a semester as a double major in order to be more prepped for IB recruiting?

Seen similar posts but am writing this since my situation is a bit unique due to my majors.

I’m a double major(finance/data science) going into my junior year with a planned grad date of spring 2022. I have held internships for the two summers since college and hope to receive another one this upcoming summer. The only thing is that with covid I got a late start on early IB recruiting for summer 2021 and feel that I need to hone my interview skills more before I try to go for my big internship that turns into a full time offer. So my question is, would it be acceptable to stay an extra semester with the goal of a big internship/FT offer for summer 2022 considering my goal is working for top IB firms?

does delaying by a semester matter? Or does it have to be a year? And are there any risks?

1 semester is fine, just need to push you to the next class.

No one cares about 4.5 or 5 years so no issues there. The main risk is not landing anything so you better be REALLY sure you know why you didn't - i.e. it's useful for the people who discover IB way too late, or bombed 1 class and can replace the grade by retaking it - but if you are an international struggling because of visas, networked all year and got nothing, etc that is not likely to change

Simply because of the double major. I was thinking that would give me good reason to stay an extra semester and would require different advice considering single major grads are expected to graduate in 4 years(aside from engineering, etc.)

I extended my graduation to improve my resume and I ended up with a BB SA 21 offer at a non-target. As long as you use your time wisely, it's possible.
