Can't speak from personal experience, but one of my MDs is a former DB Boston Tech director and he speaks well of the office/culture. He's also a great guy himself and does not believe in the whole "face time"/100 hour weeks. I'd venture to guess that this reflects the culture at DB Boston, though who knows.
