9am - 1am 6 nights a week. Relentless seniors. Doesn't mean culture can't be good on a junior level/senior level but generally refers to long hours with little rest on a macro level

notice how I said 6 days a week not 5. yes 9-1 is not really that bad at all. However, 6 days a week is. and if 9-1 is the normal then you know when it gets cranking it goes 9-3 or 4 on the sweatiest of nights. We need to petition banking move start time to S&T. Start at like 730 and out by midnight.
