This one isn't hard at all. Deutsche is in decline/chaos and has lost significant deal flow and prestige. Lazard and Moelis will have better deal flow, better exit opportunities, are more prestigious, and will pay more.
people keep saying DB has lost prestige but I see no proof of that for the IB division at least
