Just curious. UMM IB SA in specific group not generalist. All 6 interns are great this year and can’t see them having reasons to not offer for any. Execs have made it clear that everyone has a full time offer, it just needs to be earned but this was also told to all the SA not just generalist. However, learned that past few years only half of intern class has received offers. Thoughts?
