Do first year analysts ever get fired?
I’ve been at the desk for a few months now and I keep messing up. I wouldn’t trust myself to price update at this point. Confidence is at an all time low can analysts ever get laid off or fired without warning?

No they replace them. U have to be rlly shit to get fired as an AN1 ngl
