Do I need IB internship to get FT IB Gig?
I have solid buy-side experience (private equity and private credit) at pension funds and MM firms. Do most people who land FT IB gigs have IB internship experience? This is for Canada fwiw.
If you have those pension experiences you should be good, rest is up to your networking and interviewing skills.
