How many years down the line? If 2-3 years and trying to come in as an analyst, your GPA will still matter. 5-8 years down the road no one cares.
This doesn't kill your chances, you just need to network and have an explanation for your low GPA (or not having it on your resume) if you're recently out of school.
If I got like a 3.44 would I be straight up eliminated in the first 2-3 years or could I still make the lateral to IB?
