Does GPA matter if trying to lateral from F15 Corp Dev to IB

Hi! Just wondering if not having an undergrad GPA of 3.5 kills my chances of moving into IB a few years down the line from my Corporate Development gig at a F15 company. Thanks!

How many years down the line? If 2-3 years and trying to come in as an analyst, your GPA will still matter. 5-8 years down the road no one cares.

This doesn't kill your chances, you just need to network and have an explanation for your low GPA (or not having it on your resume) if you're recently out of school.
