As it relates to PE recruiting, is there any disadvantage to being at a non Richmond office for Harris Williams? All offices have strong dealflow so I don't think that would be an issue, but in terms of placement for PE, would I be limited (relative to Richmond) if I worked in the Minneapolis or Boston or SF office?

I don't think so, and if there is a disadvantage, I don't think it's material. A bunch of my classmates ended up in the HW Boston office (I went to school in Boston), and ended up at very reputable PE shops.
