Does Private Capital Advisory have exit opps?
As the title mentions, is PCA (secondaries) a good investment banking role to get into? Furthermore, what does the recruiting process look like? Is it very technical/are interviews heavily PCA-related questions?

quite obviously you can go to a secondaries fund. other than that i would say you are pretty restricted. if this is evercore, i know they are open to internal lateraling so you can always move around.
would u take evercore pca or bb ib
can you be more specific on group? no need to dox yourself but just need a little more info

Curious if the point about internal laterals is true. Do you know how long you’d need to be there to make a jump?
I know at LAZ it’s common. Have seen multiple people at LAZ switch to other M&A groups. Funny enough, I feel like a lot end up coming back to PCA / Secondaries.
