Went to Super Saturday last fall, great group of guys. All very smart and also seem like they would be fun to go out and grab a drink with. They were only picking up one or two analysts, and out of the three students from my school, unfortunately, none of us got an offer... Matter of fact, the only downside to the firm was that they never even rejected us, just never followed up to let us know of our status... After interviewing with them it was by far my top choice for a bank, and I would still love to go work there. Hours are pretty long from what I gathered (80-100), and pay is slightly less than Street, and bonuses are less.

As far as final rounds, there were something like 15 candidates for two slots or so... All Big Ten schools... Matter of fact it was UofM, Michigan State, Iowa, and Indiana... They do not hire undergrads from U of Chicago or Northwestern (or so we were told)... However, most senior bankers came from U of Chicago MBA... Interviews were 20 minutes long, 12-15 of them one right after another... No breaks... The idea behind it was that they wanted to kill us for a few hours to see if we could handle it... Not too bad, actually I enjoyed it, once again cus of how cool they all were... Mostly behaviorial, but one or two interviews will be pure technical...

How quickly do they usually respond after the Super Saturday? I know they are only picking up a few analysts this year, but will it still take a couple days? Thanks
