DSCR - considering rate cap?
Hey guys,
when you guys calculate DSCR, do you use all in rate with consideration of rate cap? which interest rate you use if the loan statement doesn’t specify?
Are you taking a test or something? Because this question seems to have come from a text book…
for loan testing
I mean i know the basic term, but some of them incorporate the rate cap into the interest rate but others not when testing DSCR
in the real world.. Loan DSCR test
So how your company handle this then?
