Ducera 2022 Info?

Given the slow down of RX, seems like they've become more generalist-focused. Can anyone chime in to the comp (did they bump up to 95k/110k yet?), exit opps (given the lack of RX-related deal flow)? Anything else I'm missing like hours?

Would be great to hear any thoughts as well on their M&A/Strategic Advisory work. I know they punch above their weight for RX mandates. Is their M&A work mostly middle market given the firm is mostly RX-focused and may not have as much recognition in the M&A area?
