I've read on here a bit about Dyal and Co and how the culture there is grueling hours and a relentless focus on execution. Does anybody have any insight into associate comp there aside from just saying "above street"?

“It was great meeting John today and just chatting about the recruiting process in general. John seems very easygoing and is very willing to answer any questions about my resume and networking. Don’t know but all I’ve heard that hours are ridiculous and pay is great. Probably like Liontree but amplified
