EB comp at the VP/Director level?
Is it basically 700k-1m? Or am I missing something else here, also how many years until one makes junior MD starting from VP

More like 550-600k as a first year VP up to about 900-1mm as a senior director. And typically ~6 years at VP and Director before MD promote.
