Hi all,
I am an incoming first-year analyst at a top elite boutique (PJT/CVP). Since private equity recruiting starts so early, I am trying to assess whether making the jump to PE is worth it. I know that compensation is just one factor, but it's an important one.
How does EB associate and VP pay compare to PE associate and VP pay, specifically at MFs and UMMs?
