Is compensation for associates in energy funds like Riverstone, KKR Houston, Blackstone Energy, Kayne Anderson, etc the same as regular PE megafunds/upper MM funds? 125-150k base with 100% bonus? Or are returns lower in O&G PE vs regular PE and therefore lower comp?
