Entrepreneurial Route
Has anyone here ever made it through to work for a successful startup, create your own thing, or co-invest in a venture. Seems like finance people tend to stay in safer jobs.

I founded 3 small businesses so far, either during an economic downtime (I was unemployed) or while I was working in IB: It is a different feel and you have more control, but not every business or startup becomes a unicorn. Most businesses are just there to serve a community need and/or to make money for the owner/operator.
I would do it again but will wait out the pandemic first to see what survives.
