I am currently deciding btwn 2 offers, one is in a ER role at a BB Bank and the other in IBD at a Middle Market Bank. Would be great to hear any insights on which you guys feel would be a better opportunity. In terms of scope of work, career progression, exits and any other miscellaneous points.
