ER to IB pipeline - anyone done it?

4 YE, 1 in Valuation, 3 in ER at a BB (currently AVP level and top performer).

Trying to pivot to IB associate level, but all applications have been denied so far.

Has anyone made this jump? How to best position myself? Worth starting as an An2/An3 for slightly less pay than current or no?
