etiquette

Why the hell can't a company just send an e-mail saying you don't have the job? Two weeks ago went for a interview. Next day they called me back. Rearranged whole schedule to go all the way to their office for more interviews. Followed up with them. No damn response. Really damn rude especially after they called me back for second interviews.

I'm pretty sure if you look around there are posts on here about people sending a follow-up email to people they interviewed with and/or HR, which resulted in mistakes being corrected or a position opening up and them getting a job.

They interview many, many people for these position. Etiquette is not something they have to, or should have to, worry about from an HR standpoint. Nobody deserves anything, imho, and while a response would be nice, they've got a lot on their plates.

Learn to suck up your pride, that's what an analyst does for 2 years anyways.

^^^At least you got a response. These cunts asked for a callback and did not even respond to my followup after meeting 8+ people at company.

they have better things to do than deal with you, get over yourself. you are not entitled to anything. send another follow up email, maybe to one of the people you met who you thought you connected well with, and if they don't respond move on. roll with the punches, you are in the real world and most people aren't going to give a flying fuck about you. shit doesn't always go your way.

chicago__111^^they have better things to do?? it reflects bad on company not to respond...99% people respond and when dont i guess its just a shitty company with cunts you wouldnt want to work with anyway
dude, i understand you are venting on here because your interviews probably didn't go well, but with this type of attitude, no one will want to hire you.

MOVE ON

interview went very well and i was invited for callback next day and then told after what a great fit i would be for firm.they are either still thinking or cunts that i wouldn't want to work with.
