Ever see a kid from foreign college break into wall street?
is it impossible to pull off even for a green card holder?

Green card holders can pull it off, I know individuals in Texas IB who are permanent residents and LSE/Oxford/Cambridge grads. Seen Bocconi in NYC too.
holy shit thank you so much for this. Really gives me hope tho I go to a college in Asia
Well green card means you won’t require a work permit. You’re effectively a citizen for hiring unless you need a clearance for the role.
Many kids from Ivey/Queens break into Evercore/Lazard/Moelis
I’ve seen kids from UWaterloo go to Moelis too
Yeah. Most Canadian schools have sent at least 1 to the Street.
Depends if you count Canada or not. Canadians get TN-Visa and culturally very similar. Every year will see 10-20 Canadians head down the border for SA
would be dope to see top-tier European college students (with green card / citizenship ofc) do a study abroad their sophomore spring in the US to recruit for IB
God wish I could do it but I guess I’ll be doing a off-cycle internship at a local office of BB
If you have a greencard and your oversea university is a reputable one, then yes, possible.
Don’t think it’s widely known in the states although there are some alums at BB/EBs with M7 mbas.
